The President of ChALC is the Right Reverend Alan Chesters, who was the Bishop of Blackburn for 14 years. In addition to being our President, he is involved in many other organisations in a voluntary capacity, including being the Northwest Rural Affairs Forum. He became President at the AGM of 2004. Vice-Presidents are Brian Kerr, Frank Thomas, Frank Walton and Roger Parkin. Chairman of ChALC is Stuart Hulse, who is a member of Helsby Quality Parish Council. The Vice-Chairman is Phillip Jackson who is a member of Helsby Parish Council. All of the above can be contacted via the ChALC office. Click here to contact. |
